Chicago, IL – February 9, 2016 – Grammy-nominated super group, Chicago Blues: A Living History is offering the public an opportunity to keep the Chicago Blues alive by becoming a fan, supporter, associate producer or executive producer of their new 2-CD album Alive and Kicking.

“Chicago Blues: A Living History is an internationally award winning, Grammy nominated supergroup”, said Larry Skoller, creator of the group as well as founder and president of Raisin’ Music Records & Production. “This group is made up of two generations of the greatest living Chicago Blues artists. We brought together these extraordinary band leaders to honor the past, celebrate the present and to help guarantee the future of the Chicago Blues tradition.”

The project hopes to reunite artists and pioneers, including Billy Boy Arnold, John Primer, Billy Branch, Carlos Johnson, Lurrie Bell, James Cotton, Buddy Guy, Ronnie Baker Brooks and Zora Young, along with today’s rising Blues stars.
